Whichever camp you are in, my goal as a portrait photographer is to create a session that is fun, enjoyable and comfortable.

I thrive on meeting and connecting with people and helping them create images that capture the best version of themselves.

I have a BS in Biology and Chemistry and have spent most of my career working in various disciplines related to solid organ transplantation. I started my career working in the transplant laboratory at Georgetown University Hospital. After several years in the lab, I started a new career as a Drug Representative for Astellas Pharmacy US selling immunosuppressant drugs for transplant patients. I loved working in sales and it really taught me how to connect with people.

In 2011 I changed careers and decided to pursue my longtime love for photography. I spent a few years as an amateur photographer building my photography skills and my love for the art. I started my formal photography business in 2015 and, in 2022, I opened my own studio in McLean, Virginia. I am always studying and learning new things with photography and editing. I enjoy taking classes and attending conferences to keep up with and improve my skills. I especially love being a member of the Headshot Crew community and I am a proud member of Professional Photographers of America (PPA).
